eFax provides a virtual fax system that is entirely hosted in the cloud. This enables you to easily send and receive faxes via email and mobile app without the need for phonelines or hardware. This service can also be integrated with your existing MFP (multi-function printer devices) without a phoneline, by using scan to email to send a fax.

A virtual fax reduces costs by using your computer, smartphone and existing equipment, so there’s no need for any other devices or services. It also removes the reliance on a physical phoneline, where you could lose the number if you move location. There’s no purchase of equipment required, and therefore no ongoing costs or maintenance attached. The service is compatible with all email platforms¹ and current iOS and Android devices.

Virtual Fax service for £10.99 per line pcm – includes one UK number² and 150 pages per month³.

If you wish you can transfer your existing number(s). There will be a one-off fee to do this, typically £20.00 per number.
