Director
As a kid, Malcolm loved gadgets and Batman. Nothing’s changed. Wears many work hats including developer, devops engineer, strategist and consultant. Speaks fluent geek as well as English. Over seventeen years experience of sitting at computers professionally. “All men have limits. They learn what they are and learn not to exceed them. I ignore mine.” – Batman.
His multidisciplinary background has led to a wide range of experience, which has informed a deep understanding of multiple aspects of interdependent digital technologies. He helps clients to first recognise the need for individual and team business culture to converge with technology culture – and then assists to sustain changes, which realise the potential benefits as well as delivering the known. Whatever that means…

Natasha
Senior Consultant
Natasha first worked with Direction Forward in 2013, following a degree at Brunel University. Having tried to keep us in order and looking after valued clients, Natasha went back to postgraduate study. She has since returned and works on client services solutions, support and operations. Natasha has always had a profound passion for understanding how things work – this was part realised reading Psychology and studying child development at the Anna Freud Centre. She has since applied this understanding of communications to the ever-developing and growing realm of digital technology.
Dean
Support Engineer
Dean manages infrastructure and support systems, as well as providing tech support to clients.
Peter
Data
Peter manages data storage solutions, and works with clients to manipulate and mange their own data with accuracy, security and compliance.
Richard
Design
Richard has over 20 years experience working in design, continually improving and sharpening his skills in a constantly-changing and fast-moving industry. Richard has a genuine love for graphic design and an in-depth knowledge of typography. He is adept at, and enjoys designing for, both print and digital. Richard has won design awards and has been featured in design press.

Business Development
Alex manages business development and projects for specific clients and contracts.
Alice
Projects & Traffic
A former journalist, travel writer and teacher, Ali has an interesting job history, and works with Direction Forward on projects and traffic management. Thanks to her background she will also be providing copywriting.
