Solution

Our Cloud Talk solution provides a virtual phone system that is entirely hosted in the cloud. You get all the advantages of a fully featured business class system without the need for phone lines, handsets or any hardware at all. Our Cloud Talk service works via an app for iOS and Android devices – you use this to make and receive calls, and manage your settings and availability.

You can have one number as an individual or multiple numbers/extensions as a business. You can choose from a large selection of regional numbers for all of the UK, subject to availability. Or, if you wish, you can transfer your existing number(s). All features can be managed by you in-house via your online control panel, such as: changing the number accorded to a user, changing the name of a user, configuring call routing, assigning custom greetings, and more.

Cloud Talk reduces costs by using your smartphone, so there’s no need for any other devices or services. There’s no purchase of equipment required, and therefore no ongoing costs or maintenance attached. The service is compatible with all current iOS and Android devices.

Use of cloud-based voice services is growing increasingly rapidly, with organisations benefiting from the savings and flexibility – compared to using PSTN landlines or ISDN phone systems, which are being phased out by the end of 2025 and switched off entirely by 31 January 2027 (see the GOV UK announcement here). • Number porting – keep your existing number(s) by porting them over.
• Remote access – call reporting, call diverts, call groups, etc can all be accessed anywhere.

Pricing

Cloud Talk license for £15.00 per user pcm – includes one UK number¹, unlimited incoming calls, unlimited national outbound calls².

UK number add an additional UK number for £2.00 per user pcm.

VIP number add a memorable UK number for £3.00 per user pcm.

International number add an international number for £5.00 per user pcm.

If you wish you can transfer your existing number(s). There will be a one-off fee to do this, typically £20.00 per number.

¹Choose from a large selection of regional UK numbers (01, 02, 03 and 07) subject to availability.
²Unlimited national outbound calls includes all of your calls to UK 01, 02, 03, 0800 numbers, and most major network 07 numbers. It also includes calls to USA +1, Canada +1, and Ireland +353 numbers. Outgoing calls not included in the service, such as international countries, are billed additionally per minute – please see these call charges here.
