Cloud Backup provides an industry-leading, automated, and unlimited backup service of cloud services accounts – compatible with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The service is installed directly into your organisation’s Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, for automatic ongoing protection. This covers all aspects of accounts including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint for Microsoft 365 or Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs and Slides for Google Workspace.

Cloud services provide redundancy, but that only ensures the availability of your data in its current state. Significantly it does not back up your data to protect against data loss events. Microsoft 365 coverage
Coverage of Microsoft 365 now includes Exchange (Outlook), OneDrive, SharePoint, Groups, Teams, Planner, and Entra ID. Entra ID coverage ensures users, groups, roles, and directory settings are all included, as well as the data within your Microsoft 365 environment.
Google Workspace coverage
Coverage of Google Workspace now includes Gmail, Google Drive, Shared drives, Contacts, and Calendar. Not only are messages and files backed up, all metadata including file permissions and Gmail labels are also stored along with the content data.
Immutable backup storage
Backup data is stored using immutable storage, meaning once written it cannot be altered, overwritten, or deleted. This is a critical layer of defence against ransomware, where attackers increasingly target backup data alongside live systems. With immutable storage, your backups remain untouched and recoverable regardless of what happens, ensuring a clean restore point is always available.
Flexible restoration
You can restore bulk or single items, perform point‑in‑time recovery, and cross‑recover across accounts. Shared resources (e.g. sites, libraries, channels in Teams and SharePoint) structures are preserved to keep context intact.

Cloud Backup is ISO 27001 certified since 2022, and is Data Pro Code registered and certified since 2020. It also has certified compliance and adherence with global privacy regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, and Essential 8.
