Hosted VoIP is a phone system that uses the internet for calls and is hosted in the cloud. You get all the advantages of a fully featured business class system, with the only requirements being compatible phones and an internet connection.
VoIP reduces costs and complexity by using your existing internet connection(s) for voice traffic, so there’s no need for phone lines or any other services. And our solution means that you don’t need to purchase, keep or maintain any equipment – other than the phones themselves.
Compatible phones required to use VoIP start from around £60. No other on-premises hardware is required. The service is compatible with more or less any SIP phone on the market, whether it’s Cisco, Snom, Linksys, Yealink, etc.
All features can be managed by you in-house via your online control panel, such as: changing the number accorded to a phone, changing the name of the user, configuring call routing, assigning custom greetings, and more.

Monthly costs for Hosted VoIP start from £14.99 per user and from £1.00 per number. You can choose from a large selection of regional numbers for all of the UK, subject to availability. Or, if you wish, you can transfer your existing number(s) – please note that there may be a one-off fee to do this.
