Our Computer Backup service is truly unlimited. There are no restrictions on the number of files you can back up, nor on how often files are backed up. Our system is in the cloud; meaning your data is held securely in an off-site location. This is not only good for your data and peace of mind, but can also have a positive impact on insurance premiums and in business plans.
The system also retains 30 previous versions of each file; so if a file is lost, damaged or corrupted then a slightly earlier version can always be recovered. Very little setup is required; simply download the backup application to your machine and input your user details (usually email address and password).

Two Factor Authentication is available for Computer Backup and can be easily turned on within the portal. This will further safeguard your data and means you are 99.9% less likely to be compromised.
Please note that we cannot guarantee backup of Outlook data using Computer Backup. This is because Outlook stores all its data in giant PST files, and it is therefore not possible to be certain that these will be successfully uploaded each time Outlook is used. We offer integrated backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, which will cover Outlook. Or please contact us for custom backup solutions to suit your needs and setup.
If you have physical infrastructure, we recommend an on-site backup solution as well as a cloud solution. We recommend that at least three copies of your data exists in three different places at all times. We install such solutions as part of our support services.
