cPanel License
cPanel is an interface for managing servers, which may be required for custom and/or dedicated hosting. cPanel licensing recently changed so that a license is now required per account, so you may need one for your environment. More info.

Custom Backup
Custom secure backup of other services and platforms, which do not have a backup option, such as Dropbox. More info.

DMARC Monitoring

ESET LiveGuard Advanced (previously called Dynamic Threat Defense)
Advanced additional protection for Microsoft 365, using isolated cloud sandbox scanning of potential threats, for teams of five or more. More info.

ESET Protect is an award-winning internet security solution (including antivirus and firewall) including additional centralised management, controls, and policies, for teams of five or more. More info.

Google Workspace (previously called G Suite and Google Apps)
Your infrastructure powered by Google – for Google services and apps as well as device management. Includes services such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar. More info.

Hosted VoIP
Hosted VoIP is a Voice over Internet Protocol phone system that uses the internet instead of phone lines for calls and is hosted in the cloud. You only need handsets and no other hardware. Calling via an app is also available. More info.

IMAP Email Hosting
Basic email, contacts, and calendars using our web hosting platform. All stored securely in the UK. More info.

Microsoft 365 (previously called Office 365)
Your infrastructure powered by Microsoft – for Microsoft services and Office applications as well as device management. Includes services such as Outlook for emails, OneDrive for files, SharePoint for collaboration, and Teams for comms. Basic licenses include Microsoft services. Standard licenses also include Office software. Premium licenses also include advanced security and device management. More info.

Server Web Hosting
Server hosting for your website or web app using virtual or dedicated server technology. GDPR-compliant and UK-based hosting available. More info.

Shared Drive
Cloud-based Shared Drive to share, view and access files and folders. Allows for unlimited users within your organisation. Available in multiples of 0.5TB (512GB) of storage space. More info

SMTP Email
Authenticated Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) email service for sending transactional, programmatic, and high-volume emails with confidence. More info.

SSL Certificate
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates use cryptographic protocols to secure communications with your server. This means that they make the exchanges between your hosting and your users private and secure. SSL certificates used to be required for things like taking payments and user data, but they are now recommended for all environments. May be required for GDPR purposes. More info.
