SiteSales Property Group is a multi-dimensional organisation for new home development, sales, marketing and aftercare operating in the South East. Their aim with this project was to facilitate reservation deposits for their clients, to ease the process of securing and purchasing a new home.

We have designed and built the Payments Portal to entirely replace the previous multi-stage and paper-based deposit process. Clients can now enter their information online via the portal and make their reservation deposits. The Portal integrates with SiteSales financial systems and accounts department.

The next planned phases will include deeper integration with SiteSales CRM platform in order to update client statuses and with SiteSales development data to automatically populate more detailed information on properties.
