Services Rates – Business

Below is an overview of our basic services rates, which may help to provide an idea on costs. All projects and larger undertakings are typically based on a fixed fee estimate. Our Services Descriptions are available here and our Terms and Conditions are available here.

Managed Support
£85.00 per hour, with a 15-minute minimum for remote work and a one-hour minimum for on-site and M&E work.
Infrastructure (key services such as email, file storage, communications, etc) support, user (workstations, software, services, etc) support, and consultancy. Requires a Support Agreement for Infrastructure Support or Business Support.

Unmanaged Support
£110.00 per hour, with a one-hour minimum for remote work and a four-hour minimum for on-site and M&E work.
Infrastructure (key services such as email, file storage, communications, etc) support, user (workstations, software, services, etc) support, and consultancy.

Contracted Projects
£510.00 per diem, with a one-hour minimum.
Can include development, design, consultancy, cyber security, copywriting, etc. Requires a contracted and/or ongoing project, typically secured via a Design & Build Agreement.

Ad Hoc Projects
£660.00 per diem, with a one-day minimum.
Can include development, design, consultancy, cyber security, copywriting, etc.

Web Maintenance
£10.00 pcm, on a one-year term.
Security for your website or web app including protection against attacks, regular backups, regular technical updates, and proactive monitoring. More info here.

Content Management
£99.00 pcm, on a one-year term.
For your website and/or social media helps you to better manage and deliver your digital content. This can include refining and publishing your content, analysing your audience, planning content delivery, and more. More info here.
