Due to recent changes made my Microsoft, we can no longer offer support or guarantee any compatibility for the Office 2010 software suite on either PC or Mac.

All Microsoft services now use TLS 1.2 encryption as a minimum (for safety and security), and this is not default for Office 2010 (including Outlook 2010). For clarity, Office 2010 (including Outlook 2010) is an unsupported service by Microsoft and we cannot provide support to make it compatible.
