Remote access service status
UPDATE 20 July: Remote access support is available again and service is fully restored.
SERVICE STATUS: Our remote access support service is currently unavailable due to the global Microsoft CrowdStrike incident, as it depends on third party Microsoft services to function, which are impacted. Microsoft are actively working on a solution for their platforms.
