G Suites has rebuilt Google Sites and it is now available for customer use.

With the new and improved Sites, you can —

• track site performance with Google Analytics
• choose between six themes to give your site the right look

Testers have said that the new Google Sites is very user friends, even for non-technically minded people. You can also collaborate in real-time with colleagues and see edits as they’re making them.

Since 2008, Sites has had a platform for working team and project sites without writing a single line of code. As web technology is evolving faster than ever over this past decade, the new Sites is supposed to be even more approachable than it has ever been.

Google are saying it’s as easy as creating a (Google) doc since you can add text, links, images by simply cutting and pasting or by dragging and dropping to re-arrange and resize elements on the page. The themes are also designed to flex and scale-to-fit to any screen size. Sites are also fully integrated to work with all of the Google apps such as — Calendar, Drive, Maps, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms etc.

The new Google Sites is now available if you’re a G Suite customer with Google Sites enabled.

Please be in touch with us at [email protected] for more information on G Suites and Google Sites and this as a service we provide.

Snapchat Spectacles were received well in their debut earlier this month, with hundreds of people lining up at their first Snapbot pop-up vending machine location in Venice Beach, California.

Even if you’re not a huge Snapchat user, they have come off amazingly well for their extremely easy-to-use functioning. Once you’ve paired them via Bluetooth, by pointing them at the QR code on your phone, you then just put them on and tap the button where it then records a 10-second video.

Once recorded, you can then edit with stickers, 3D stickers, text, etc. The video is recorded in a circular frame where you are able to rotate your phone and see more of the frame.

Users say that watching the footage back is like watching your memories and because of the wide-angle lens it’s similar to a GoPro (with lower res). The potential of this tech is exciting, ie. having the ability to capture moments as they’re happening.

By keeping it light and fun, the negative stigma is removed that enshrouded similar projects, like the Google Glass, which caused them to initially fail.

The wearable tech industry’s integration into our day-to-day world has had it’s ups and downs and creators are constantly learning from the past failures. People generally need to feel that what they’re using is useful, fun and somehow enhancing their experience. Instead of feeling like a creepy human robot!

The NES Classic Edition consoles were made available on Amazon today at 2pm Pacific and have sold out in less than one second.

The retro game console, with its retro aesthetic and solid game selection, has been welcomed back 33 years after it’s original product release. A nostalgic return for the beloved product will bring it into the 21st century where new and old users can enjoy its basic but obviously much loved gaming system. The trend of “basic” retro products making a return to fit into the fast evolving tech world will assumably be a trend we see continuing in the future.

Nintendo has assured agitated the public that “there will be a steady flow” of the console — so please wait before spending too much to a re-seller.
