Virgin Media service outage, 25 June
Virgin Media customers across London are currently experiencing a complete loss of service.
Issues have occurred since 0800 this morning, and were widely reported around 0930, Virgin Media customers have confirmed they have been unable to access the internet. The Virgin outage seems widespread across London, affecting those in North, South East and South West. Down Detector highlights over ten thousand reports made this morning alone.
The cause of the broadband outage has not been found yet, Virgin Media are working to resolve this, but in the meantime Virgin Media customers are left without a working internet connection.
